I paid but Premium did not activate — what should I do?

Payment looked finished — card, PayPal, crypto, or Azteco — but My Account still shows Free or an old expiry. First separate “still processing” from “never completed,” then match the timing for the rail you used.

Same account, fresh view

Sign in with the email used at checkout. Premium never moves to a different login by itself. Hard-refresh or open My Account in a private window; a stale session can still show Free after activation already happened.

How long each rail usually takes

Card / Apple Pay / PayPal — often minutes after the third-party provider confirms success.
Manual crypto — after blockchain confirmations (faster networks often minutes; BTC, ETH, and busy periods longer).
Azteco — usually automatic check and redeem, then activate; only some cases stay in a longer queue.

Wait that window before treating it as a failure.

Prove the payment actually settled

Outside StreamEast you should see a clear success signal: bank or PayPal success (not decline or unfinished 3D Secure), a crypto TX on the correct network to the checkout address with enough confirmations, or Azteco status Approved / Need Another Voucher / Rejected in notifications. If the bank or PayPal shows declined, pending, or cancelled, Premium will not activate — finish 3D Secure or retry another method on Buy Premium.

Rail-specific gotchas

Crypto exchange shows “complete” while StreamEast is still mid-confirmations — wait; do not send again. Wrong network never activates.
Azteco Need Another Voucher — resubmit an unused code on the same request; that is not “paid but forgotten.”
Under or over payment on the right crypto network can activate with a different duration — that is intentional time scaling, not a failed activation.
Provider paused you for KYC — finish their identity steps or switch rails; StreamEast cannot approve provider KYC.
Premium is active but HD or IPTV looks locked — refresh the match page, wait a few minutes, then open My Account → IPTV. Membership and one bad stream are different issues.

Still Free after a fair wait

Contact once with the StreamEast account email, plan, approximate payment time, method (card / PayPal / crypto / Azteco), and proof: receipt, order ID, PayPal ID, TX hash, or voucher status screenshot. Do not paste full unused voucher codes in public posts. Note VPN on/off and that you already waited the normal rail window.
