You submitted an Azteco gift card, but My Account still looks Free, the request seems stuck, or you were told Need Another Voucher or Rejected. Status wording decides the next move — waiting, resubmitting on the same request, buying a new unused voucher, or contacting support once.

Check the account and the latest status

Sign into the same account that submitted the voucher. Status and Premium only appear there. Read the latest email and My Account → Notifications. You are usually on Pending / Under Review, Need Another Voucher, Rejected, or Approved.

Pending or Under Review

If you submitted a clear unused Azteco Bitcoin code or QR, leave it alone. Most cases finish automatically with an approval notice. Some cases stay in a longer fallback queue when automatic processing cannot finish (blurry QR, unclear code, already used). Waiting is correct; opening duplicate tickets while review is running is not.

Need Another Voucher

Paste a new unused code or clear QR on the same request. This is not a failed payment that needs a brand-new ticket. The same case continues from there.

Rejected

A rejected voucher never activates Premium. Confirm it was Azteco Bitcoin (Lightning or On-chain) from a retailer listed at checkout, that it was unused, and that the image or code was readable. Amazon, Steam, Binance, and other brands are refused. If you have a new unused Azteco voucher, start a valid submit with that one.

Common reasons it stalls or fails

• The voucher was already redeemed or partially used — buy a new unused Azteco voucher.
• You redeemed on Azteco first — StreamEast cannot take that code.
• QR blurry or code incomplete — resubmit a sharp photo or full code when the form allows (same request if status is Need Another Voucher).

What to send if you contact us

One ticket is enough. Include the account email that submitted the voucher, retailer name, approximate amount and purchase time, the exact status wording, and confirmation you did not redeem the voucher yourself. Skip duplicate open tickets while automatic or fallback review is still running.
