Buy Premium opens, but the payment provider page times out, shows SSL or connection errors, or never connects. This is usually your path to the third-party payment domain — not a broken StreamEast account password.
Clean browser and extensions
Hard-refresh or open Buy Premium in a private window, then try another browser. Cached tabs and extensions often break HTTPS to provider domains. Turn VPN off. Disable aggressive HTTPS scanning, phishing filters, and ad blockers for the checkout tab until the provider page begins loading.
Try another network or device
Switch between home Wi‑Fi and a mobile hotspot. Some ISPs, schools, and workplaces block payment hosts. Try phone versus desktop — filters differ. If only one network always fails, keep using the working network or finish Premium with Manual Crypto or Gift Card (Azteco) on the same Buy Premium page. StreamEast cannot unblock your firewall.
While checkout is mid-pay
If the page stays on “processing” or crashes mid-pay, do not tap pay again. Check bank or PayPal for a successful charge first. If money left and Premium is still Free, use paid-but-not-activated — do not open a second full payment.
Providers load but something else is wrong
Empty list or PayPal errors after the page loads are a different problem — see card/PayPal checkout errors. This article is for pages that never reach a usable provider checkout.
When you contact support, include account email, device, browser, VPN on/off, networks tried, country, exact error text (for example SSL protocol error), and whether a charge already appeared.
