Your exchange or wallet may already say the send is complete while StreamEast still shows awaiting payment, a confirmation counter mid-way (for example 1/12), or Free Premium. Exchange “complete” means the funds left your account — StreamEast still waits for its required blockchain confirmations.
Confirm you paid the right invoice
Compare coin, network, and address to the invoice you intended to pay. USDT on TRC-20 is not ERC-20. Old checkout addresses do not count. A block explorer should show the TX to the exact address StreamEast showed for that session, for the amount you meant to send.
Waiting is usually the right move
Faster networks often clear in minutes; BTC, ETH, and busy periods take much longer. The confirmation counter may move slowly. Refreshing does not speed it. Do not open a second payment while the explorer still shows the TX pending or confirming.
Timer and amount
Exact amount in one transfer is best. Partial sends can look unpaid or convert to shorter Premium time. If you sent before the ~60-minute lock expired to the current address, waiting for confirmations is correct.
When waiting will not help
- Coin or network does not match checkout — more waiting will not fix it. Recovery is often impossible; contact with the TX hash and see the wrong-network guide.
- You sent after the rate lock expired or to a previous invoice — restarting checkout does not pull those funds in. Contact with the TX details (and the new invoice if you restarted).
- Amount was under or over but network was correct — Premium may activate with adjusted duration rather than staying forever awaiting.

Contact once with on-chain proof
After a long confirmation wait with a matching TX, open one ticket: StreamEast account email, coin and network, exact amount and approximate send time, full TX hash, plus explorer or exchange screenshot if you have one. Do not send a second “fix” transfer first.
