How can we help?

Card or PayPal checkout errors — what should I try?

In this article

Card, Apple Pay, or PayPal opens a third-party provider. An empty provider list, a crypto-looking step, or a login/form error usually comes from that provider side — not from a broken StreamEast password.

Empty provider list

Turn VPN off, reload Buy Premium, and optionally try a higher plan amount. Empty lists often mean no provider for that country or amount, or a masked location. If the list stays empty, switch to Manual Crypto or Gift Card (Azteco) on the same Buy Premium page instead of retrying forever.

Checkout looks like crypto after Card / PayPal

Some processors buy or convert in the background. Finish their steps when the amount still matches. Payment completes on their page; your statement usually shows the provider name, not “StreamEast.” That path is still the card rail — not Manual Crypto where you send coins yourself.

Provider page errors on login or card entry

Wait, try a private window or another browser, finish 3D Secure fully, and confirm the card allows online or international charges. One clean attempt is better than many half-finished ones. If the same provider keeps failing, use Manual Crypto or Azteco.

Do not double-pay

  • Page never loads, SSL errors, or never connects — use the checkout-won’t-load article (network/firewall path).
  • Phone or SMS verification fails on the provider — StreamEast cannot override it; switch rails or fix the number with them.
  • You already paid successfully and Premium is Free — stop new attempts; use paid-but-not-activated with receipt proof.
  • Checkout says “processing” — wait and check bank/PayPal for a charge before tapping pay again.

Connection failures: Checkout will not load or payment provider never connects. SMS gate: Payment provider phone or SMS verification failed. Activation lag: I paid but Premium did not activate
