Premium is a one-time purchase for a plan length you choose. There is no free trial, and StreamEast does not auto-renew or charge monthly by itself. Every length unlocks the same Premium feature set; only the duration changes.

Start on the right account

Sign in on the account that should own Premium. Gifts or other emails only work when checkout’s gift option is used on purpose. Open Buy Premium and pick a plan length. Checkout may show Card / Apple Pay / PayPal & more, Manual Crypto, and Gift Card (Azteco), depending on your region and what providers are online.

Pick a rail you can finish

• Card / Apple Pay / PayPal — continue to a licensed third-party provider page when a provider list appears. StreamEast does not host its own card form.
• Manual Crypto — if you can send the listed coin and network for the exact amount shown (about a 60-minute rate lock).
• Gift Card (Azteco) — if you can buy an unused Azteco Bitcoin voucher and will not redeem it yourself. Most submits auto check and redeem.

Finish that path completely

Complete 3D Secure and provider steps; or send exact crypto in one transfer to the current invoice; or submit an unused Azteco code or clear QR. Then confirm on My Account and refresh open stream pages. Activation is account-wide, not one device. Live TV and IPTV share a 5-connection limit (separate from Multi Stream’s 4 desktop panes).

Already have Premium days left?

Buying more stacks on top. You cannot downgrade the current plan. When time ends with no new purchase, you return to Free — nothing to cancel to stop StreamEast charges.

If something blocks checkout

• Card rail shows no providers — turn VPN off, try a higher plan amount, or switch to Manual Crypto / Azteco.
• Crypto timer (~60 min) expired before you sent — restart checkout for a new amount and address; do not send to the old invoice.
• Payment succeeded but Premium is Free — follow the paid-but-not-activated guide for your rail’s timing.
• You only wanted to “try” with a refund later — completed Premium is not refundable; pick a shorter plan instead.
