Completed Premium is not refundable — card, PayPal via provider, crypto, or Azteco. Upstream Live TV / IPTV and delivery capacity are prepaid and generally non-refundable to StreamEast. Use the Premium time on the account until expiry, or stack more days later if you want more access.
Did Premium actually activate?
Check My Account. If Premium is active, there is no cancel-subscription step and no StreamEast auto-renew charge to stop. Plan to use the time. Buying more later stacks instead of replacing unused days.
Payment succeeded but Premium never activated
That is a status-matching problem, not a refund of a grant that already worked. Follow paid-but-not-activated with receipt, TX hash, or voucher proof so activation can be matched to the account.
Other cases people confuse with refunds
- Changed your mind after Premium activated — still not refundable on any rail.
- Crypto underpayment gave shorter time — scaled access; buy remaining time to stack.
- Azteco Rejected or Need Another Voucher — fix the voucher path on the same request when asked; that is not a Premium refund.
- Statement name or possible duplicate charge — use bank-statement / payment-problems paths with proof; distinguish status fixes from refund requests.
- Chargeback on an intentional successful Premium — bank/PayPal rules apply and can affect standing; contact support first when the purchase was yours.
Before you buy next time
Confirm official site, correct account, plan length, and Free vs Premium features so the purchase is intentional. When writing in, say clearly whether you need an activation/status check or a refund of working Premium — and do not send full card numbers.
