You want a cheaper Premium checkout, but no code arrived — or an old one expired. Discount codes are issued when the system selects eligible accounts. They are not available on demand for everyone, and support cannot guarantee a coupon for every request.
Check for an automatic offer first
Look in email and My Account → Notifications. If you were selected, you get a code with a short validity window — often about 3 days from issue. Apply it on the matching account while it is still valid. Expired codes do not revive by requesting again.
Buy at regular price anytime
If you do not want to wait for eligibility, complete Buy Premium at the regular price. You get full Premium features for that plan length. There is no free trial that converts into a bill later.
Asking support for a coupon
Say the plan length (months) you intend to buy and the account email. Help is possible in some cases — never guaranteed. Repeated asks after expiry do not force a new automatic selection. If support declines a manual coupon, buy at regular price or wait for an automatic offer. Refunds are not used as a discount substitute.
Code errors at checkout
Wrong account, expired, or already used — use the discount-coupon-not-working article. After any code applies or you pay full price, confirm Premium on My Account. If you already had time left, stacking still applies.
