StreamEast Premium does not auto-renew. There is no free trial that turns into a bill. Nothing is charged unless you complete a new Buy Premium checkout. When time ends, you return to Free until you buy again.
Nothing to cancel
Open My Account and note the Premium expiry. That date is when access returns to Free unless you buy more. There is no hidden subscription toggle required to stop StreamEast charges. If your bank shows a provider charge after you “thought you cancelled,” match it to a completed checkout — StreamEast did not renew on its own. Provider descriptors are not “StreamEast monthly.”
How stacking works
If you want more time before expiry, open Buy Premium (or Renew/Extend when shown) on the same account. You cannot downgrade the current plan, but new time stacks on remaining days. Example: about 30 days left plus a 3-month purchase is roughly about 120 days total from remaining time plus the new length. Every plan length unlocks the same Premium features; only duration changes.
Crypto amounts and stacking
If you used Manual Crypto and sent a different amount, underpayment can shorten time and overpayment can add days. Exact amount avoids confusion. Expiry follows the received-value rules after confirmations.
If you simply stop buying
Use remaining days until expiry, then Free. No further StreamEast Premium charges without a new checkout. Completed Premium is not refundable; use or extend the time instead of asking for a refund of working Premium.
After expiry: What happens when Premium expires? Duration surprises: Why did my Premium time come out shorter or longer? Refunds: Can I get a refund for Premium?
