How can we help?

Why did my Premium time come out shorter or longer than expected?

In this article

Premium activated after Manual Crypto, but the duration is shorter or longer than the plan length on Buy Premium. When coin and network match the invoice, StreamEast scales time to the amount received. Exact amount in one transfer remains the cleanest outcome.

Only valid receives get time scaling

Time scaling applies when payment was received on the correct coin and network for that invoice. My Account should show Premium active — not stuck awaiting forever. Wrong network is a different problem; use the wrong-network guide instead.

Compare what you sent to the locked amount

Use the amount sent excluding wallet network fees. Fees are paid on top and are not part of StreamEast’s invoice. Relative to the locked checkout amount you will be under, exact, or over (outside a small tolerance).

Underpayment

Treat the plan as scaled: roughly proportional duration, not a free full plan. Expiry is earlier than the listed plan. Wording like partial or underpayment may appear. If you need the full advertised length, buy the remaining time on Buy Premium while signed in — new time stacks; previous underpaid days are not discarded.

Overpayment

You keep the selected plan length plus surplus converted to bonus days. Expiry is longer than the plan alone.

What this is not

  • Premium never activated — follow crypto awaiting or paid-but-not-activated first; duration math only matters after a successful grant.
  • Two partial transfers — results can look confusing; prefer one exact transfer next time and contact with both TX hashes if status is unclear.
  • A cash refund for the difference — completed Premium is not refunded; stack more time or use the time granted.

If you need stacking or auto-renew clarity: Does Premium auto-renew? How do plans stack? Wrong chain: Crypto payment failed: wrong network or amount. Refund policy: Can I get a refund for Premium?
