When Premium’s end date arrives, access returns to Free rules automatically. You do not cancel anything to stop StreamEast charges — there is no auto-renewal. The account itself is not deleted; only Premium entitlements drop.

What locks at expiry

At expiry, expect Premium-only features to lock: ad-free browsing, Premium HD / crown streams, Live TV, IPTV playlist access, Multi Stream, Premium cast/QR sign-in experience, and Premium priority support. Free live sports remain available with Free limits, including paced site ads.

What stays

The same login still works. Account, favorites, and basic preferences remain. You can sign in as Free and buy Premium again anytime on that account.

Buying again

If time was still left when you bought, new days stack. If Premium already expired, the new plan starts from the new purchase. My Account shows a new expiry after payment. Completed Premium is not refundable because time is ending — buy again only if you want more access.

Looks like expiry but is not

• Ads or HD lock while My Account still shows Premium active — refresh streams or try another HD server; that is playback, not expiry.
• Live TV / IPTV fail while Premium is still active — check the separate 5-connection limit (not Multi Stream’s 4 panes) and IPTV troubleshooting.
• Bank charge after expiry without a new checkout — StreamEast did not auto-renew; use the bank-statement article and match provider descriptors.
