Premium members get private IPTV playlist and optional EPG links in My Account. Free accounts cannot use IPTV. Links are personal — never share or publish them. Pick the path that matches your device; wrong format is the most common “IPTV is broken” false alarm.
Open your IPTV links
Confirm Premium, then open My Account → IPTV. If links are empty right after purchase, wait a few minutes and refresh. You should see personal playlist URLs before you touch the TV app.
Pick a playlist format
- M3U Plus — best first try (logos, categories, EPG-related data). Televizo, IPTV Smarters, GSE, Kodi, many Android TV / Fire TV apps.
- M3U + HLS — when TS buffers or the player prefers HLS. iOS, Apple TV, Android, VLC, Smarters.
- Standard M3U — classic TS. Android, PC, Smart IPTV, Kodi, VLC.
- Simple + HLS — lighter HLS. Apple TV, mobile, some Roku-class apps.
- Simple M3U — minimal list for older or low-memory devices.
Copy the URL, add it in the app, then force a playlist reload. Switching format often fixes “no channels” without changing networks.
By device / app
- Fire TV / Fire Stick / Android TV / Google TV — Install Televizo or TiviMate from the store. Add playlist → paste M3U Plus first. If channels play but the guide is empty, add the XMLTV / EPG URL from My Account → IPTV as a separate EPG source.
- Apple TV — Use an IPTV app that accepts remote M3U. Prefer M3U + HLS or Simple + HLS. Reload after paste; if the app buffers on TS-style lists, stay on HLS formats.
- Samsung / LG / Hisense / other Smart TV apps — Add playlist in the TV’s IPTV app (names vary: Smart IPTV-style, vendor IPTV, etc.). Use Standard or Plus M3U. Many of these apps need the EPG URL entered manually — playlist alone will not fill the guide.
- Phone / tablet (Android or iOS) — Same links in Smarters, GSE, VLC, or similar. Keep only one or two sessions open; Live TV browser tabs count toward the same limit.
- PC (VLC / Kodi) — Open network/playlist and paste the URL. Kodi: install a PVR or IPTV client that accepts M3U, then set EPG if the skin needs it.
EPG (TV guide) when channels already play
Some apps load guide data from the playlist; others need the separate XMLTV URL from the same IPTV page (not a channel playlist). Televizo on Android TV often auto-handles EPG; TiviMate and many Smart TV apps need: EPG sources → Add → paste EPG URL → Update → assign to the playlist. Large guides can take a few minutes. Full guide troubleshooting: EPG (TV guide) is not working.
Respect 5 connections
Browser Live TV and IPTV apps share 5 simultaneous connections. Extra Fire Sticks, phone apps, and Live TV tabs all count — What is the IPTV / Live TV connection limit?.
Need help?
Include Premium status, device (Fire Stick, Apple TV, Samsung, etc.), app name, playlist format used, whether any channels work, and whether EPG is empty while video plays. Do not paste full private playlist URLs in public posts.
Premium: My Account → Support. Playback fails: Premium IPTV is not working.
