You can keep more than one StreamEast login — including more than one Premium account — for family members, separate emails, or personal vs work use. Normal multi-account use is allowed; abuse is not.
Acceptable reasons
Household members with their own logins, or separate personal and work emails, each following the rules, are fine. Intent matters when systems look for abuse. Keep a clear, non-abusive reason for each login.
Buy Premium on the account that will use it
Plans and stacked time apply to that login. Premium does not transfer automatically between emails. Features unlock on the paying account only.
What counts as abuse
Do not farm discount coupons across many accounts, sell/rent/share Premium as a product, scrape listings or streams at scale, or probe for security holes / bypass limits. Automated systems watch for that. If abuse is detected, related accounts can be banned — not only the one used for the abuse — and Premium time on banned accounts is not restored as a refund. If a coupon or campaign is blocked across accounts, stop creating more accounts to retry; use one legitimate checkout path.
Sharing vs separate accounts
If someone else needs access, prefer their own purchase over one shared password. See Can I share my Premium account?. Each account still follows the 5 Live TV/IPTV connection model. If you only needed a different email on the same profile: email cannot be changed in My Account — plan a new account deliberately instead of farming workarounds.
Contact support
List every account email involved, whether you were banned, coupon-blocked, or asking a policy question, and what you were trying to achieve. Payment method/time only if the question is billing. Account or ban questions: Contact Us. Payment status: Contact Us → payment topic. Active Premium product help: My Account → Support (max 24 hours).
