Manual crypto fails most often because the coin, network, amount, or invoice timing did not match what checkout showed. Use this page after a mistake — or to stop before you send.
Write down the mismatch
Note what checkout asked for versus what you sent: coin, network, address, amount, and whether the ~60-minute timer was still live. That tells you whether you still have a clean path or need support with a TX hash.
Nothing sent yet
Stop and fix the selection. Change coin and network on StreamEast to what your wallet can send, or switch to Card / Azteco. Address and amount refresh for that choice. If the lock still has time, send the exact amount once to the shown address. Network fees are paid separately in your wallet.
Timer already expired
Restart Buy Premium for a new amount and address. Restarting does not take funds. Send only to the new invoice — never to the old one.
Funds already left on a wrong network or wrong address
Contact Payment problems with the TX hash. Do not invent a second send to “correct” it. Wrong-chain token sends (for example USDT on a different chain than checkout) are high risk of permanent loss; include the TX hash anyway so support can see what is on-chain.
Wrong amount is not the same as wrong network
If coin, network, and address matched but the amount did not: underpayment shortens Premium time; overpayment adds days. That is time scaling on a valid receive — see the under/overpayment article. If your app cannot choose the network StreamEast shows, use a wallet that can, or Card / Azteco; forcing the wrong chain fails permanently.
If the TX matches but StreamEast still awaits confirmations, wait first: Crypto sent but StreamEast still awaiting payment. Full send guide: How do I buy and send crypto for Premium? Duration math: Why did my Premium time come out shorter or longer?
