Manual Crypto works when you send one transfer of the exact amount, on the matching coin and network, to the current checkout address before the rate lock ends. After enough blockchain confirmations, Premium activates for the expected duration.

Match your wallet before you copy the address

On StreamEast, open Manual Crypto and note the coins and networks shown. In PayPal, Cash App, your exchange, or wallet, confirm you can withdraw that same coin on that same network. Buying alone is not enough — you need a send-to-external-address flow that lets you select the matching network. Cash App and PayPal often support only a short coin list; use whatever both sides share when listed, or switch to card / Azteco.

Use the current invoice only

Only after the wallet side is ready, copy the StreamEast address or QR and the exact amount for the current invoice. Old addresses from earlier checkouts must not be reused. You get about a 60-minute rate lock. If that timer ends before you send, restart Buy Premium for a fresh amount and address — do not send to the expired invoice.

Send once, exact amount

Send the exact amount in one transfer. Network fees are paid on top in your wallet, not taken from the StreamEast amount. You get a TX hash. An exchange may show “complete” before StreamEast has enough confirmations — that is normal.

After you send

Leave the StreamEast crypto screen alone and wait for confirmations. Refreshing does not speed the chain. You can close the browser. Premium activates after required confirmations when coin, network, address, and amount match.

Wrong network, expired invoice, or odd amount

• If your app cannot select the network StreamEast shows — do not force a different network. Pick another listed coin, or use card / Azteco.
• If you already sent to an expired or wrong invoice — contact support with TX hash, coin/network, amount, and account email. Do not create a second send “to fix it” without guidance.
• If amount was short or long but the network was correct — Premium may still activate with shorter or longer time. Exact amount is still best.
