You expect Premium HD / crown streams to play, but they fail, show unlock, or never start — while Free options may still work. Fix membership and one bad feed before assuming a site-wide HD outage.

Confirm Premium on this login

Check expiry on My Account, refresh the match or Live TV page after a recent payment, and sign out/in if the site still treats you as Free. Active Premium must show before HD will play. An unlock screen on every crown server usually means Premium is missing or you are on the wrong email — not a playback bug.

One source vs all Premium

Try another HD server on the same match, then a different match or Live TV channel. If one Premium stream fails and others work, switch source — your account is fine. If Free works but every Premium path fails after the checks below, treat it as network/VPN or a widespread HD issue and say that when you contact support.

VPN, network, and browser

Flip VPN (on if off; off or different country if on) and try Wi‑Fi ↔ hotspot. Then try another browser or a private window, and ease aggressive blockers if the player never starts. Extensions often block Premium players while Free still loads.

Paid but still Free

If you paid and My Account still shows Free, use payment activation help — not a playback-only ticket. See I paid but Premium did not activate.
