You believe Premium is active, but StreamEast site ads still appear. Ads return after expiry, on the wrong signed-in account, or on a lookalike fake site — so verify membership and domain before assuming Premium is broken.
Verify Premium on a real mirror
Open My Account, confirm Premium has not expired, then sign out/in and hard-refresh the page you were watching. Enter only via gostreameast.link or gostreameast.is, then sign in there. Ad-free browsing applies while status is active on a real domain.
Same email you paid with
Premium is per account. Ads stop on the account that shows Premium; they can remain if you are signed into a different email. Use the login that completed checkout.
When ads are expected or outside StreamEast
- Premium expired — Free access returns with site ads automatically; renew if you want ad-free again.
- Ads outside StreamEast — ISP portals, extensions, other tabs, or unrelated apps are not controlled by Premium.
- Ads only on one mirror while My Account shows Premium elsewhere — leave the lookalike; stay on directory-linked domains. See Why should I avoid fake StreamEast sites?.
