Premium unlocks Chromecast and AirPlay on supported players, plus QR / six-character code sign-in for many TVs and consoles. Free watching stays in the browser without those cast and TV-login tools. Treat cast and QR as separate paths — fix the one that failed.
Confirm Premium first
Open My Account. If cast controls are missing or QR activation is locked, membership is inactive — upgrade at Buy Premium, then hard-refresh the player or reopen the QR page.
Chromecast (Chrome / Chromebook / Android Chrome)
- Use Google Chrome (or a Chromium browser that exposes Cast). Cast from Safari or many mobile in-app browsers often fails.
- Open a Premium match stream or Live TV player on StreamEast (not a Free-only feed).
- Use the player’s Chromecast / Cast control (or Chrome’s Cast / Cast tab menu when the page supports it).
- Pick your Chromecast, Google TV, or Cast-enabled TV. Keep phone/laptop and the Cast device on the same Wi‑Fi (guest Wi‑Fi and AP isolation break discovery).
- Keep the source tab awake. Closing the laptop lid or locking the phone can stop the cast.
If Chromecast does not appear: turn Cast device and phone/laptop Wi‑Fi off/on, disable VPN on both ends, move off guest Wi‑Fi, try Chrome on a laptop instead of a locked-down mobile browser, and confirm the Cast device is on the same SSID.
If Cast connects but video is black or stalls: stop cast, pick another stream server on the match, refresh the page, cast again. Try a different Premium source. Network congestion on Wi‑Fi often looks like a “broken Chromecast.”
AirPlay (iPhone, iPad, Mac → Apple TV / AirPlay TV)
- Prefer Safari on iPhone, iPad, or Mac for AirPlay reliability.
- Open a Premium stream or Live TV player that allows AirPlay.
- Use Control Center AirPlay / screen mirroring, or the player’s AirPlay control when shown.
- Choose Apple TV or an AirPlay-capable TV. Same Wi‑Fi as the phone/Mac; VPN off on both sides when discovery fails.
- Keep the source device unlocked and the StreamEast tab open.
If the Apple TV never lists: restart Apple TV networking, forget/rejoin Wi‑Fi on the phone, disable VPN, and avoid “Private Wi‑Fi Address” quirks by testing with VPN off and a normal home network.
If AirPlay mirrors the whole phone but StreamEast audio/video is wrong: stop mirroring and use in-player AirPlay when available, or cast from a Mac Safari tab instead of screen mirror.
QR / six-character code (TV, PlayStation, similar screens)
- On the TV or console open StreamEast and choose Sign in with QR Code (wording may vary).
- Scan the QR with your phone while signed into Premium, or open the TV link in a signed-in browser — you should land on My Account → QR Sign In.
- Enter the six-character code exactly as shown (letters and numbers, no spaces). Confirm.
- The TV session should authorize under your account.
Code rejected or expired: reopen Sign in with QR on the TV for a fresh code. Old codes from a previous attempt will fail.
Premium required on the phone page: you are Free or signed into the wrong account — fix Premium on that login, then retry.
Rate limited / too many tries: wait several minutes before another code attempt; do not spam submits.
TV has no QR option: use Chromecast/AirPlay from a phone or laptop, or install an IPTV app with your Premium playlist — How do I set up my IPTV playlist?.
Pick a path by device
- Chromecast / Google TV stick — Chrome cast from a laptop or Android Chrome first.
- Apple TV — AirPlay from Safari, or IPTV app with your playlist.
- Fire TV / Android TV / Smart TV browser — QR sign-in when the StreamEast TV UI offers it; otherwise IPTV app (TiviMate, Televizo, Smarters, etc.).
- PlayStation / console browser — QR / code sign-in when shown; otherwise cast from another device or use IPTV if the console supports your app.
