A match often lists several stream sources. Free and Premium HD (crown) options behave differently. Sticking to one weak feed wastes time — switch early when a source fails.
Match the source to your access
Free servers play without Premium. Crown / HD servers need active Premium; without it you get an unlock screen, not a player. Pick a source you are allowed to open. Prefer an HD / crown option when Premium is active and one is listed (including Home/Away or extra FHD when that fixture offers them).
Leave a bad source quickly
Errors, long buffering, or no picture → switch to another server on the same match. Do not wait forever on the first feed. If one HD fails but another HD or Free works, keep watching the working one — that is a source issue, not your account.
Optional: land on Premium automatically
With Premium, turn on Auto-select premium stream under My Account → Preferences so the next match prefers a Premium source when one exists.
When every server fails
- All HD fail, Free still plays — keep Free for now; report bad HD later with the match name.
- Unlock screen on crown servers — Premium inactive or wrong account; check My Account.
- Every listed source fails — continue with browser and network steps in Stream buffers or will not load, not more waiting on one feed.
