You tapped a crown / HD server and see an unlock message instead of the player. That source is Premium-only. Free servers on the same match (if listed) can still play.
Unlock means access, not a crash
Messages like “Unlock this HD stream” mean that feed needs Premium. It is not a broken player. Stay on Free if that is enough, or upgrade for HD crown servers plus ad-free site browsing, Live TV, IPTV, Multi Stream, and Premium cast/QR features.
Choose Free or upgrade
Buy at Buy Premium when you want HD. After activation (usually within a few minutes), refresh and open an HD server again — the player should start on crown sources. Feature comparison: What's the difference between Free and Premium?.
Still unlock with Premium
- Wrong signed-in account, stale page, or activation delay — check My Account, sign out/in, try another HD server.
- Paid but My Account still Free — payment activation path, not “broken HD.” See I paid but Premium did not activate.
- HD fails after unlock clears — treat as Premium playback troubleshooting: Premium streams are not working.
