You can change your password while signed in from My Account. The account email address cannot be changed in the panel — login identity stays the address you registered with.
Change password while signed in
Open My Account → Password, enter a new password and confirmation, complete captcha if shown, and save. You should get a security notice email. You stay signed in on this device; other sessions end.
Password rules
Use at least 8 characters with upper case, lower case, and a number. It must differ from the current password. Common breached passwords may be rejected. If save fails, check those rules and try a less common phrase.
Cannot sign in?
Use Forgot password instead. It sends a 6-digit code (about 15 minutes). My Account password tab requires a working session. A successful reset also closes other sessions.
Email cannot be changed on this account
There is no “change email” control in My Account. Keep using the registered address for login, Premium, and support. If you must move to a different address, plan deliberately: keep the old account if you still have access, or create a new account with the new email after you no longer need the old one (or delete the old account first if you want that address freed). Premium does not move automatically — buy or activate Premium on the account you will keep.
If you fear compromise
Change the password, end other sessions, and enable 2FA. See Account compromised or unknown sign-in.
Contact support
Say whether the goal is password change, lockout recovery, or “new email on same account,” and include any save error plus the current login email. Login trouble: Contact Us → Login problems. Payment status: Contact Us → payment topic.
