Email two-factor authentication adds a short code on every sign-in. On the same Security page you can review devices that are still signed into your StreamEast account and revoke ones you do not recognize.
Enable 2FA
Sign in → My Account → Security → Enable Two-Factor Authentication → enter the emailed code → confirm. 2FA is off by default. After it is on, future sign-ins require email MFA (login codes typically about 10 minutes).
Confirm mail delivery first
If the enable code never arrives, fix delivery before you rely on 2FA — a broken inbox can lock you out of login later. Resend with about 2 then 5 then 10 minute cooldowns, check spam, and allow an alternative delivery path on a fresh request. Checklist: I did not get the 2FA verification email.
Disable 2FA
On the same Security page, start disable, enter the confirmation code, and confirm. That removes the second factor so login is password-only again. If you canceled mid-flow, restart from Security and do not mix codes from old attempts.
Active Sessions
Review listed devices (Browser, Mobile, Tablet, Smart TV, Console, Streaming Stick). Use End for one session or End All Others to keep only this device. Changing your password also clears other sessions — those devices must sign in again.
Locked out of Security?
Use Forgot password (reset codes about 15 minutes), then complete login MFA if 2FA is still on. If unknown devices keep returning, treat it as compromise: new unique password, End All Others, keep 2FA on, and use official mirrors only.
Contact support
Include your account email, whether the issue is enable, disable, sign-in MFA, or sessions, whether codes arrive at all, and device names you still see under Active Sessions. Free: Contact Us → Login problems. Premium: My Account → Support (max 24 hours).
