Account deletion, when offered in settings, is permanent and cannot be undone. Stopping Premium alone does not require deletion — let Premium expire and you return to free access with no StreamEast auto-renew charge.
What you lose
Deleting removes sign-in for that profile, Premium time on that account, favorites, preferences, IPTV credentials, and linked support history. There is no “reactivate the deleted account” path; data is not retained for restore.
How to delete when the control is available
Sign in → My Account → Security → Danger Zone → Delete → enter your current password → type DELETE exactly → confirm Delete Account. You are signed out immediately and the account is gone. Wrong password or DELETE text simply fails — re-enter carefully.
Coming back later
Create a new account if you return. The same email works only if that address is free to register again.
Payments and third parties
Deleting StreamEast removes our account profile. Card processors, PayPal, crypto wallets, or gift-card retailers may keep their own records under their rules — bank and crypto history can still exist elsewhere.
If Delete is missing or you wanted something else
If Danger Zone → Delete is not offered, you may not be in a state where deletion is available — use Contact or Support for the real account issue instead of assuming the feature is broken. Password, Premium activation, and billing problems are usually faster to fix without deleting. Payment status: Contact Us → payment topic.
Contact support
Say whether the goal is permanent deletion or a different problem (login, Premium, payment), whether Delete is visible, and what Premium time or IPTV you would lose. Contact Us or, with Premium, My Account → Support (max 24 hours).
