Star teams so the homepage Favorites filter focuses on what you follow, and turn live scores on or off for the schedule. Free and Premium store favorites differently — that is why a second device can look empty.

Star teams and use Favorites

Star teams from match cards, then toggle Favorites on the homepage schedule. The list should focus on those teams. For finding fixtures in general, see How do I find a match on StreamEast?.

Free local vs Premium sync

Free favorites stay local to this browser — they do not travel to another device. Premium syncs team favorites to the account (up to 200 teams). TV channel favorites in the account also need Premium. Empty Favorites on another device usually means Free storage, not a sync bug — upgrade and re-star under Premium, or star again on that device.

If you cannot add more teams with Premium, you hit the 200-team cap; remove older stars first.

Live scores

Turn live scores on or off from site preferences. Saving or syncing that choice to the account needs Premium. Manage account-level options under My Account → Preferences, then refresh the homepage. Missing scores usually mean the preference is off or the page needs a refresh.

Include account email, Premium yes/no, the two devices or browsers you compared, and whether refresh after sign-in changed anything. Premium sync that never appears on two devices after that: My Account → Support.
