How can we help?

The site will not open — what should I do?

When a bookmarked StreamEast domain will not load, it is often a local block, DNS issue, or an outdated mirror — not a permanent shutdown. You need a working official mirror, not a random “new site” from search.

Open an official mirror directory

Bookmark and use gostreameast.link or gostreameast.is. If home Wi‑Fi is blocked, try mobile data for the directory. The list is the source of truth for real mirrors.

Pick another listed mirror

Choose a different working domain from that list, sign in again if needed, and replace your bookmark. One blocked hostname does not mean the service is gone. Your account works on any official mirror.

Quick local checks

If the directory works but a mirror fails: hard-refresh or try a private/incognito window; try another browser or device; switch Wi‑Fi ↔ mobile hotspot; toggle VPN off (or on) and retry. ISP and cache issues are common.

Prefer the directory over unknown domains, APKs, or “new official site” messages. Fakes phish logins and payments. If a page opens but looks wrong (constant popups, adult ads, install pressure), leave — see Why avoid fake StreamEast sites?.

If directories will not load

Try another network or wait if the whole network is unstable. Do not install random APKs as a workaround. Once you are back on a listed mirror and Premium/account looks wrong, confirm you are signed into the correct email, then use Contact or Support.

Contact support

Say whether gostreameast.link / gostreameast.is load for you, which listed mirrors you tried, network type (home Wi‑Fi, mobile, VPN on/off), and browser/device. Include account email only if the question is account/Premium after you can reach a mirror. After you are on a working mirror: Contact Us. Payment status: payment topic. Premium tickets: My Account → Support (max 24 hours).
