Your playlist includes two kinds of entries: today’s site streams (games and events we list on StreamEast) and the 24/7 channel catalog. Apps often cache the playlist for hours or days. If you never refresh, yesterday’s event rows can stick around or today’s matches may not appear.
Where today’s games show up
After a refresh, look for groups named like Streameast NFL, Streameast Soccer, Streameast NBA, and similar near the top of the channel list. Those rows are tied to the current schedule — not the same as random 24/7 sports channels farther down.
Refresh the playlist in your app
This is the main fix. Do not only restart the app — use its update playlist, reload M3U, or refresh action (wording varies).
- TiviMate: Playlists → your playlist → Update playlist (or refresh icon).
- IPTV Smarters: Reload / refresh playlist from playlist settings.
- Televizo: Playlist update or reload from the playlist menu.
- VLC / Kodi: Re-open the URL or clear and re-add the playlist.
On busy game days, refresh once before kickoff and again if the list still looks stale. The URL in My Account → IPTV stays the same — you are asking the app to download a fresh copy.
Old games still visible after refresh
- Confirm you updated the playlist, not only the EPG / TV guide.
- Remove the playlist from the app, add it again with the same URL, then refresh.
- Try M3U Plus first — Simple formats may hide categories and make events harder to spot.
EPG vs event channels
The programme guide (EPG) and the event channel rows are related but not identical. A full guide may need the separate XMLTV link even when channels play. See EPG (TV guide) is not working.

Include app name, whether you refreshed the playlist (not just EPG), playlist format (M3U Plus vs Simple), and an example of a wrong or missing event.
