Premium Live TV in the browser and IPTV apps that use your playlist share a hard cap of simultaneous connections. Going over it often looks like buffering or failed play. Multi Stream sports panes are a different limit.
What counts toward the 5
Each Live TV channel playing in a StreamEast browser tab, and each TV app, phone, stick, or player pulling your IPTV credentials, counts — including sessions left open in the background. The shared pool is 5. A sixth session commonly fails or stalls.
Free slots, then retry one
Close extra Live TV tabs and unused IPTV apps; sign out or remove the playlist on old devices; test a single connection first. One device or tab should play cleanly when you are under the limit.
Not the same as Multi Stream
Watching several sports matches on desktop Multi Stream (up to 4 panes) is a separate Premium feature and does not use this same 5-connection counter. See How does Multi Stream work?.
Keep playlist links private
Links under My Account → IPTV are personal. Anyone with the link can consume your slots. Only your devices should use the 5.
Still failing on one connection
Try another channel or a VPN change — network or source issues can look like the limit. Blank EPG with working video is not a connection-limit symptom; fix the guide separately. If a single connection still fails after closing everything, use IPTV / Live TV playback troubleshooting — not endless “close tabs” loops: Premium IPTV is not working and How do I watch Live TV?.
