StreamEast keeps account data collection minimal and treats what you do share as sensitive. Here is what we collect, how passwords are handled, and how we protect your information.
What we collect
For a normal account, StreamEast collects your email address so you can sign in, verify the account, reset access, and receive account-related messages. We do not build a marketing profile from extra personal fields we do not need.
We do not sell or share your email with third parties for their advertising lists.
How passwords are protected
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing practices — not as plain text. Staff and systems are not designed to “look up” your original password. If you forget it, you reset it yourself through the normal recovery flow rather than retrieving an old one.
Use a unique password for StreamEast. If you ever typed credentials on a fake lookalike site, change your password on the real StreamEast immediately.
What we do not do with your email
- We do not sell your email to data brokers or advertisers.
- We do not hand your address to unrelated third parties for their own campaigns.
- Account email is for StreamEast account operations (verification, security, support, and service messages tied to your membership).
Backups and continuity
Core systems are backed up on an ongoing basis so account data and service state are protected against routine failure. Backups exist to keep the platform recoverable — not to expose your information.
Payments and extra checks
Premium checkout may involve payment providers (for example card processors or other methods shown at purchase). Those providers process payment details under their own rules. StreamEast does not need your email shared onward for spam, and identity checks some providers request (KYC) are handled by that provider — not as StreamEast harvesting your ID documents.

- Only sign in on domains opened from gostreameast.link or gostreameast.is.
- Keep your password private and unique.
